1. Throw-in into field A

2. Player runs into field A, controls the ball and dribbles into the penalty area

3. Feint a shot (“Fake & Score”) at the cone and shoot on goal into one of the corners

4. Player goes to field B after goal shot

5. Same procedure as for 1.-3.

6. Player goes to field C after goal shot

7. Throw-in to field C, player controls ball, runs towards mannequin, chooses between feinting a shot (“Fake & Score”) left or right, then passes into the corresponding mini goal

• Once the first player gets to field B, the second player can run into field A

• 3 teams (4 players each):

• Team 1 (red): Does the entire exercise

• Team 2 (blue): Makes the throw-ins and one player supervises the ball depots

• Team 3 (yellow): Collects the balls that go out of play and makes sure that the players making the throw-ins have footballs at all times
