Even though we show our love for football in different areas (Amateur- and professional football, Talent-promotion, Education in the association, University etc.) there is something that connects us apart from our friendship. It is our understanding of how to interact with the players in order to achieve their highest potential. This might look unconventional from the outside, and to be honest it actually is.

It is not about appearing confident and transparent from the outside. We want to get as close as possible to every player. This is our most important key factor in order to find out how they tick and finally how they kick. Even though football is a team sport, in the end, individuals characterize, build, and unite a successful team.
